Mike and Sharon came from the United States (as did Dave and Aja by the way). Mike was a real scream, with magic tricks reminiscent of Tommy Cooper and the impersonation of a Scottish accent which needed rather more than the allotted week to perfect (sorry Mike!). If they ever need a new announcer for the "Mind the Gap" speaker on the London Underground, though, Mike is definitely first in line for the job!
