Tour de France Skipton 2014On 5th July 2014 the first stage of the 2014 took place between Leeds and Harrogate. In doing so it passed through Skipton. Pat and I got up early (5am) and rode there on our bikes. We waited amongst the vast crowds for over 4 hours for the peleton to arrive and then, it having passed in less than a minute, we cycled home! Here are some photos from the day:
